News Marquee Bar

The only reason that I was thinking of this is because I've just done a Marquee bar for my forum and thought that it might be a good idea...

When/If we ever get reports or wrestling news, we could have it like a Marquee auto-scroll bar like they do on the National News and other programs like that.
Except when you put your cursor over the scroll bar, it stops and allows to you read it and click the message to open a separate tab/window so you can view the news.

Example:
Has Carlito had enough of the WWE? (UWE Symbol) Raw Results - 21st Dec 2009 (UWE Symbol) Breaking News: Major Superstar Released! (UWE Symbol) ... and so forth

It would save a lot of space on the Main Board for more important things

Well, would the marquee bar be essentially scrolling links with our logo separating them? If they are links, would they be to 'UWE created content' or to an outside community?

I like the marquee bar idea

We can do it two ways Maybe have it public so that way we can entice users to view our news and join the game
