Honestly i have said it Many times how good this guy is, it is impossible to use words to describe it, his talent is un freaking believable, its awesome

No offence to Pain i likes his design but Andrew's just owns.

1 suggestion as soon as ubie lets u know id like to see what tabs we have included in those boxes

Maybe change some of the colours, because I know some people dont like the dark look, but I cannnot fault on the look!

TWG...But I guess there is nothing wrong with TWG's Set-up..or could they like Sue us for copyright?

sure we have a sidebar and a bannedr and a pic display but arnt we supposed to anyway,

its not their design, and smithy has made changes to it so it looks better anyay

If it had been of same colour and everything else the same then it would have been a problem..
But it has nothing familiar

Seriosly, they aren't even similar.

Just so we're clear - yes, it would be a problem for us if we're copying someone else's site without significant modification. Understand that copyright violations are a $50,000 fine per incident and with things the way they are right now companies are quick to sue to protect their interests.

Having said that, we will have some similarities that can't be avoided. We are a wrestling game and so some of the mechanics are the same.

In this case, if I have buttons down the left side of my site and a chat box on the right, yet the buttons are graphically designed by me, and the chat box is a completely different software, using a different font and different options then I'm not in danger of an infringement. A button layout is common use, as is a chat box. Since I'm in no way trying to deceive people into thinking we are the same, I'm not infringing.
